This site is designed to be positive, uplifting and motivational. I “click” here every day to get hints and inspiration as to how I can infuse wellness and fitness into my busy work week and I hope you do to. But as I connect with so many light-centered folks who are willing to share their wisdom and positivity in their articles, I’ve unfortunately encountered a few on the other end of the spectrum.
No thanks. This is a positive place.
So to help all of us draw positive light our way, I reached out to an expert for advice on how to do so.
“Positive energy first starts within us in the form of our choice in thoughts, feelings, words, intentions, perceptions, behaviors, and the focus of our attention” explains Jen Passavant, Intuitive Spiritual Life Coach and Energy Healer.
“Like energy attracts like energy so, in order to draw what we judge as positive energy to us, we must first feel, radiate, be, give to ourselves, and focus our attention on that which we wish to experience in our outer reality.”
Jen works with her clients to help them shift their focus on to positive paths and reminds all of us that we have more power than we often realize.
“As an individuation of Divine Source, you are an all-powerful divine being and the creator of your reality. Therefore, nothing can harm you save that which you allow! When you encounter negative energy, it can only harm you if you place your focus and attention on it because this is what gives it power. Intention is everything. So instead, focus on infusing yourself and radiating your true divine nature of love and light!”
Jen goes on to share how she draws positive energy into her life each day and how we can do the same.
“Before my feet hit the floor, I first have a dialogue with my Higher Self, spiritual entourage, and Divine Source,” she says. “I express joy, love, gratitude, and excitement for all of the wonderful things that I am currently experiencing, even those that we might judge as ‘bad’ or ‘negative.’” She reminds us that often times what we judge as negative is because in the moment, we do not see the higher purpose for those experiences.
To invoke our gratitude and employ the Law of Attraction Jen recommends that we use more “I AM” statements to set our intentions for a positive day and draw positive energy our way. She shared this wonderful mantra that we can develop as part of our daily practice of repelling negative energy and drawing positive light our way.
“I AM radiating the peace, love, compassion, joy, excitement, and generosity that is an expression of my divine aspect. I allow all things that are aligned with my soul’s magnificence today to be made manifest!”
I feel better already. Don’t you?
